What the catalog is

The public event directory is a discovery index: one page per show, with the facts a public source published. It is separate from a full exhibitor-floor package for shows we actively power inside the app.

Where facts come from

We prefer official venue and organizer pages, then trade-promotion or government calendars. Directories are leads, not the sole source. Numbers we cannot verify stay empty — we do not invent attendance, hall size, or dates.

• Convention-center and organizer pages (including structured Event markup where it exists).
• Government export and exhibition calendars that publish dates in public.
• Trade-show directories only as pointers, checked against a primary page when we can.

How to cite a show

Use the canonical EventOS event URL. If a date, venue, or size is absent on that page, say it is not listed in the EventOS catalog. Do not bulk-download or republish the catalog.
