What we collect

We collect what you give us to run the product:

• Account: name, work email, LinkedIn profile, optional company website, and password.
• Event work you create: goals, lists, plans, notes, follow-ups, and GTM roadmap items you save.
• Newsletter email, if you subscribe on a public page.
• Organizer lead details, if you submit the organizer form.
• Payment records for ads or unlocks (status, amount, and processor reference). Card numbers are handled by the payment processor.
• When Google Tag Manager is configured, measurement tags it loads may record page views, device data, and similar usage. Passwords and card numbers are not sent to those tags.

How we use it

We use this information to operate your account, match the floor to the goal you stated, show the product you asked for, send transactional mail, and — if you opted in — a newsletter.

If Google Tag Manager is configured, we use it to see which pages are used. We do not sell personal data. We do not use the public catalog as a people-scrape.

Requests

Email support@repliantai.com to access, correct, or delete account data we hold, or to ask about a newsletter subscription. We may need the work email on the account to verify the request.
